Delivery Details

Incorrect Address On Order:

In case of an incorrect address provided by the customer when placing their order, they should contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible to provide us with the correct address. However, D’letua takes no responsibility for an order in transit or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer error. 

An order being sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering is not considered sufficient grounds for a refund.

Stolen Parcels

If a customer suspects a D’letua parcel has been stolen, they should contact D’letua Activewear Customer Service as soon as possible.

If a customer specifically requests for a parcel to be left unattended at the delivery address, D’letua takes no responsibility for items that may be stolen. It is the customer’s
responsibility to ensure they have their order delivered in a manner that minimises the risk of theft.
